Interiors Site Manager
This is a mid-sized main contractor which offers a complete construction service through negotiated or tendered contracts and provides a full range of design and management services.

We are looking for Site Manager to work on a series of fit-out projects and oversee all aspects of the site with the ongoing opportunity to gain exposure to more aspects of the business.
As a Site Manager your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
The general day to day running of the site
Resolving any issues on site
Maintaining all site documents and records
Co-ordination of all materials on and off site
Maintaining health and safety standards
Liaising with the client, project managers and sub-contractors
For this role I require 2 years prior experience in a Site Management role for an NZ main contractor ideally focussed around interiors.
The salary on offer will be reflective of your experience and a vehicle will be provided among other essential tools.
